Open Paybrok

Disputes in Paybrok

Public rules for Protected payments, purchases, services and P2P operations.

Resolution: the parties may reach a direct agreement. When arbitration is required, authorized Paybrok personnel review the case and the designated administrator wallet executes the release or refund.

What happens after a dispute is opened

  1. One party opens the dispute before releasing the contested funds.
  2. The agreement enters dispute status and funds remain locked.
  3. The parties attach relevant explanations, messages and documents.
  4. Support compares the written agreement, Stellar state and available evidence.
  5. If the parties agree, the authorized release or refund is executed.
  6. If they do not agree, Paybrok may decide and the administrator wallet executes that decision on-chain.

Useful evidence

Stellar states, amounts, addresses and transactions can be checked on-chain. Files, messages and explanations are stored in Paybrok systems and are not automatically published to the blockchain.
