Protected contract
Pay for services without fear of non-delivery
Architects, lawyers, accountants, freelancers, builders. Pay by stages as work progresses. If delivery fails, you do not release the next payment.
For both sides
The client does not pay everything upfront. The professional shows seriousness and knows funds are reserved for payment upon delivery.
Who it is for
Clients
People or companies hiring professionals without wanting to pay everything before seeing real progress.
Professionals
Architects, builders, lawyers, accountants, designers and freelancers who want to give clients confidence.
Project teams
Work with multiple deliverables, reviews, documents, dates and evidence of progress.
How milestone payment works
You agree on the total work and split it into payments. For example, a 3,000 dollar architect project can release 900 at signing, 1,200 at preliminary design, and 900 at final plans. Each payment is released when that stage is confirmed.
Real examples
Architect
Concept design, plans and final delivery.
Web developer
Biweekly sprints with verifiable deliverables.
Builder
Construction progress with photos, reports and dates.
Lawyer
Payments by process stage: filing, hearing and resolution.
Graphic designer
Draft, revision and final files.
For professionals
If you are a professional and want to offer Paybrok to clients as a trust layer, you can create the contract yourself and share the link. They sign, deposit, and you start working with the assurance that each stage can be paid when delivered.
Evidence for each stage
When you complete a stage, upload evidence: photos of the work, delivered files, documents or links. Everything stays recorded with date and time in the contract. If there is a dispute later, the evidence is documented for review, mediation or formal claim.
